I must commend the entire staff there a CW Colfax NC. From start to completion, each and every person was polite, knowledgeable, patient, honest and went above and beyond my expectations.. I dealt with the following people- Miles Klutz, Alex Love, Creighton Brooks, Dwight, Courtney Love and a woman on the phone who took my calls, Mandy, and directed me to the correct person; I must tell you it was a pleasure talking to a real person!! I would definitely recommend this particular Camping World here in Colfax, N.C., which was a bit of a distance from where I live, but was worth it.

We bought our 34 ft RV there in 06/2023 for $42,500. We contacted Camping World 09/2023 to sell it back to them. We only needed it to live in while we built out house. We spoke with the Colfax location, then their consignment department, then customer service. Their quote was $18,500! $24,000 less than it was worth 15 months ago. I realize the RV would depreciate in value some, but not $24,000. The consignment department told me we were taken advantage of and paid too much for it. Other companies I tried to sell the RV back to said the same thing. Now I am stuck with an RV we don't need anymore and can't sell. Customer service has not got back in touch with me for almost a month now. Buyer beware, don't fall for the same scam we did with Camping World.

Mike T. was great. Excellent service. He answered all of our questions and he also knew pretty much what we were looking for. We would recommend him as a sales person in a heart beat.

Have dropped my 2022 camper off 3times for warranty work and nothing has been fixed and Nobody that works at colfax camping world gives a sh&t

Inconsistent, no value, non convenient, Poor communication Lack of accountability Poor work ethic in service Poor customer service, no priority service DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ryan Brown was a low pressure salesman and helped show us each of the trailers that fit ours needs. Camping World had the stock and put a good value in our trade.
