WARNING! Do NOT do business with Faulkner dealerships on the Carlisle Pike! I called last evening and made an appointment to drive an SUV today at 2:00. I got an email from dealer at 1:46 saying he's looking forward to doing business with me. I got there at 2:04-ish. I spoke with saleswoman, she took down my information, including what I was looking for, what features made me choose that particular SUV. I filled her in and then we went to look at it. I found a few minor issues, but no deal breakers, so I asked to take it for a drive. She even mentioned that I obviously did my research. We went inside and she left to find the keys. She returned with new salesman and said he'll be taking care of me, because she had clients come in asking for her. He then told me that the car was just sold. REALLY? How can I receive an email at 1:46, show up at 2:04 for my 2:00 appointment, and the SUV be sold, when is was not even test driven, because the hood was still cold, and covered in non-evaporated rain? It's no coincidence that it's been sitting on their lot for almost a month, but someone comes in at the exact same time I did to buy that particular vehicle. Yea right! So they probably lied so they can sell it to someone that will pay full price instead of haggle. Please spread the word.

I wanted a certain exterior and interior color combination and was very pleased that Ian Roedts was able to make it happen. I was treated fairly and with respect. Love my new Fiat and appreciate the Faulkner people.

Purchased a Fiat 500L mostly by email with Allayna. She was prompt in returning emails and friendly as well. I purchased a car with them after pricing with several dealers in my area. Harrisburg is 90 minutes from my house, so I didn't want to drive all the way up there. They offered a fantastic deal, and then offered to drive the car to my house. Kelly prepared all the paperwork, and emailed us an advance copy of the buyer's order so we could look it over. Copies of required documents were scanned to them, and then a few minutes on the phone for confidential info. When we had to delay delivery, they were very accommodating to change days. We had a cashier's check ready to go. The paperwork was complete in less than an hour and we had our new car in the driveway without having to drive 2 cars home. My husband's boss thought we must be buying a Rolls Royce to get this kind of treatment, but I think this is just the way this team is: accommodating, friendly, and for us, the most important, they said what they meant and followed through on it. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone here for a car.
