Truly Exceptional Service at Delaney Auto – DuBois, PA My wife and I recently financed and purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester from Delaney Auto, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Brian, a product specialist whose warmth immediately stood out—he even took time to play with our dog and offered to watch him while we test-drove the vehicle and worked with Matt, our salesperson. That simple kindness set the tone for the entire visit. The staff genuinely listened to what we were looking for. They were informative, patient, and never pushy, offering guidance and assistance only when needed. The pricing was fair and transparent, and we appreciated being shown real market comparisons for similar vehicles, which helped us feel confident and informed throughout the process. We came in first thing in the morning with no intention of buying and spent the day visiting several other dealerships. None came close to matching the value, professionalism, and care we experienced at Delaney. We have been searching for a new car, and Stoltz had what we wanted. We live in PA, but because we aren't in " their local area" they wanted to upcharge us $3000 extra. Is that even legal?!!! They did respond to our request quickly, to let us know the car was available, but we will definitely not be going there. VERY UNSATISFIED customer
Have had an issue in vehicle since day one. Have now had the car for over 13 months. They had it for a WEEK and only tried to see the issue "several times". Did the same thing to us again within two days. Corporate is less help than talking to a wall. This is my third and last Hyundai. Service department here has been going downhill drastically since they added Mopar. Done with them.
Overall experience went well, friendly customer service made me feel comfortable. Walked me through the financing process as well. Answered my questions, explained car's features. I was loyal to a different car maker but feel my decision to switch makers was correct and look forward to the future with Hyundai.
I feel that the dealership was professional and was able to focus on the goal of my visit. They were flexible about my needs and desires. I did not feel pressure during the purchase.
We had been searching for a new vehicle for the last few months and have had bad experiences with salesmen. However, your salesman was probably the best my family has dealt when purchasing a car. We were purchasing a car for my wife and she was very particular about the cars she looked over. The salesman pulled many cars for her to test drive and look at, always with a courteous smile. He even took into account the specifications coming from our 12 year old! Great gentleman! Your service manager checked in with us regularly as the process moved along and we ultimately came home with a new car that day. This is because of the work your entire team, from salesman to finance, put into the deal that day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
