My car was suddenly dead in my driveway and I had it towed to Huntington Dodge Commack because I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased it. They said it was the starter, replaced it and it seemed okay for a few weeks. I got stuck again and had it towed to them again. It has been there for 18 days so far. I was told it would be ready today and now they are saying that the part has not arrived and are blaming UPS. It was ordered 4 days ago. really?? Once the problem is diagnosed they claim 3 days for it to be approved even though they said that it is covered. Once approved another 3 days to order the parts. They replaced the PTM - now they think it is the alternator. Was it misdiagnosed the first time? No courtesy vehicle. Big expense with towing and having to Uber to work etc. I feel that they don't want you to come there because it is a warranty repair. The staff has been courteous but the procedures they have to follow are unreasonable. Why not order the part right away? It's MOPAR. If for some reason it is not approved- return it. Very unhappy and greatly inconvenienced.
This dealer has the worst service center. First, I brought my RAM 1500 in for a warranty repair back in 2022. It took them three attempts, and after they jerked me around and promised me a loaner car, they reneged and said "you didn't buy the car here". So I go to pick up the truck so I can bring elsewhere and it has three deep gashes scratched into the sid. "so sorry sir, theres nothing to indicate we did that..." which was total xx.... Now I go to do an oil change on my wife's jeep (that we did buy there) and I find the oil pan drain bolt is stripped...Anyone want to guess who did the last oil change before that? I'm going back to Town and Country CDJR because even though it's 25 miles away, they've never screwed me like this.
Tom service manager was polite and helpful to my needs. Thank you Carlos mechanic. Will return to further needs .
Just purchased a used car from this dealership and will never purchase from them again. They did nothing but give us the run around. Everything they promised was all lies. A month later we heard grinding problems in the breaks. Called back the salesman Pete and he said he was going to make an appointment to get us serviced.we show up he never made the appointment! Talked to Bob Kravitz at Huntington dealership he promised to get back to us and was going to have them pick up our truck and bring us a loaner car. No call or anything. That us not the first time they did not return our phone calls. We had to chase them down to get the purchase completed also. Tells you everything you want to hear and then never returns your calls. If you don't want to get the run around to purchase a car, I highly recommend you shop elsewhere! Very poor customer service and treat you as just a number!!!
Bob Kravetz (mgr.) and Keith (salesman) shouldn’t be in sales. First Keith lies about almost everything from lease disposition fee to how dealership would handle my remaining pymts. My fault was not getting it all in writing but was assured numerous times there wasn’t going to be any issues. Found out weeks via via letters in mail that nothing Keith said was true. Called Keith first about it, started stumbling his words, made excuses it had to be miscommunication and never called back. Then called Bob and he also stated would look into it and this clown 🤡 never called back either. Lesson here is get whatever these clowns tell u in writing otherwise it’s FALSE. Stay away from this dealership.
Can't fix the car. I had to continue to call them. Junior service people. Seem apathetic and won't do the Right thing, its all about them Billing Labor hours. Would Not ever buy a car from this dealership again!
