What Others Say
Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I filled out an application for a used car, sent pictures of my trade in vehicle, on the phone back and forth for hours. They kept me going just to tell me the car I was about to buy was sold. I'm literally in the process of buying the vehicle and they sold it to someone else. They do not care about YOU! They will con you and lie to you just to get your hard earned money. That's all that matters, is money. Disgusting people at this place. Thanks Edmundo for wasting my time, xxxxxxxx!
Buying a vehicle here was an awesome experience. Service on the other hand is questionable. I am not gonna comment more until the end of the service to either increase stars or decrease them.
I only give a 5 star because of the service advisor Abraham. The service was a horrible experience that no one should go through, but Abraham made it right in the end. The mechanic who initially worked on our car should not be working there, he left parts off the car, parts not put back together correctly, radio not working, driver seatbelt inoperable, grease marks all over the interior. The point is, this shouldn’t happen at a dealership quality service level. Backyard mechanic, yes, these things could be expected. I’m still not sure if I will go back, even though Abraham did have the incident corrected.
Went here on line trying to find a truck to buy and the salesperson sent me three emails on Friday and one on Saturday. They explain it was there day off but were still wanting to help me and they passed my information on to Alex. Well that was Saturday and now it is Monday and I haven't heard from them at all. I can't belive they let a potential buyer hang out there without any correspondence. You would think that being part of a sales industry that they would try and keep potential buyers. This place has turned me off from even looking at any El Centro dealerships. I would never go back to them if they treat buyers like this.
So, besides writing about the negative service that I received from Imperial Valley Hyundai of El Centro,I am writing this review because fifty five (55) days after Imperial Valley Hyundai of El Centro California took possession of my trade in, they never payed the trade in off, resulting in my family, employment, associates, getting calls from the bank that I had financed the trade in with, wondering why I haven't been making the payments on it. So, I called the finance manager at Imperial Valley Hyundai of El Centro, reaching him only after he continually ducked my calls. The finance manager offered no apologies, no excuses, only that he would have to call his corporate office the next morning. I further e mailed the General Manager Guzman, writing on how they not only embarassed me, they damaged my credit standing and scores. As with my past experience with Guzman the General Manager, he will never e mail you nor call.
I bought a non Hyundai vehicle at Imperial Valley Hyundai. They said that I had to have a 3000 dollar service contract on the main contract. I had to bring the vehicle back because the air conditioner didn't work. The service advisor said they don't work on non Hyundai vehicle's and avoided the 3000 dollar service contract like the plague. Because of this, I had to pay the$595.96 rental car fee and the taxi fee to the rental company. If you are going to do business with imperial valley Hyundai in El centro, take an Attorney with you, or better yet, take your business elsewhere!
