We arrived 30 mins. early, and the staff let us enter the service area, straight away. We opted for the EXTRA service, such as vacuuming, windows cleaned, etc. All were completed at a high level. Plus a free oil change. Life is GOOD!

I usually have great service at Budd Baer, I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take a half an hour. There were not very many people there. Two people came in after me and had their cars done ahead of mine. I dropped my car off around 12:50 for a 1:00 appointment and didn't leave until 2:15 after being told "we will get you out of here in a half hour". Also the cost of the oil change and tire rotation was $105. I thought that was high. Next time I will go els
