While traveling on vacation my add coolant light came on and was able to take the next exit.. Then after pulling in to a Marathon service Station steam was coming from under the hood. I was able to contact the Audi dealership and explained that I was from out of State and my car issues. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and they said that they didn’t have the part in stock but should have the part sometime the next day. Knowing the location of the coolant hose to replace was going to be time consuming I knew it was going to take a minute to repair. John, Jeanne kept me well informed of the status of my car and I was back on the road sooner than expected. Hats off to the Tech staff and Service department, very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not one to write reviews but Audi Asheville needs to be acknowledged of their friendliness and Service
Sorry service, Q7 has been in shop for 7 weeks now, they still have not diagnosed the issue and have been giving nothing but excuses for their lack of service and communication with me concerning this service request. I’m beginning to believe they do not have properly trained certified technicians, even with computerized diagnostics they have yet to identify the cause of issue, yet they continue to “throw” new parts at it hoping to find the issue. This is pathetic!
I just want to say that the service dept. and retail parts dept. was fantastic. They greeted me and helped me with my problem in a short period of time. They even understood that I had to come from afar and realized that it was going to be inconvenient for me to return. Thanks again DCS
I had a wonderful car buying experience here. However, I noticed there are several negative reviews from customers’ experience with the Service Dept at this Asheville Audi dealership. I brought it up with the Sales Rep & Finance Mgr before I purchased. They said they were aware of it and it was being addressed. I need a place I can trust to do good work on my vehicle to maintain it. I certainly don’t need any more challenges in life, if I could avoid it. On the road from Ft Bragg to Denver, our A6 needed a little service help. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dealer service department (and our Denver dealer, Prestige, is outstanding). I wish I had gotten the names of the mechanic (looked like an NFL linebacker) and the service consultant (I think it was Douglas), but if all folks were as helpful and courteous as they, the world would be a better place. Thank you!
We love Asheville Audi. Britney and Zac are normally who we work with and never had a bad experience. We drive an Audi Q7 TDI and have 2 active kids. Britney always makes sure our loaner will fit our crew. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness. We appreciate you all.
