I bought a Manufacturer Buyback Chevy Bolt from Springfield GMC sight unseen. Becca was a pleasure to deal with and made the transaction as easy as possible given the significant distance from my house to their location. To ensure that I wasn't stuck driving all the way to their location multiple times, she had the car driven down to me. A+ experience across the board with my purchase experience.
The entire process of arriving to finishing was a complete scam, wouldn't recommend anyone buying from this dealership. Trade in values a joke, car saleswoman misleading, manager a joke. We already had values of our trade ins from other dealerships, this company was thousands of dollars under what we had already been offered for better vehicles. Wouldn't recommend this dealership for anyone.
This dealership is just out to sell cars and dosentseem to care about the customer afrer the sale... I bought a 2020 Silverado in the beginning of March of 2022. It needed a def tank and they assured me that it would only take 2 to 3 weeks to get it in. I called on the 2nd week and it still wasn't in. I ended up getting in in may... It needed a new keyfob programmed so I figured they would have that done since they had the truck for 2 months, I was wrong. They ordered one and I had to drive back to get it, it was the wrong one... They ordered a new one and said they would filll my tank up because I had to come back which they did. While I was there I wanted them to check out a noise coming from the front end and they said they would, 2 hours later I asked how it was going and they said they were fixing the problem i had mentioned which was great but it would have been nice to know... The servece department said it was ready 3 1/2 hours later and I went out to drive away. Much to my surprise I went out and the new keyfob wasn't in the truck, I went in and asked about it and they said it hadn't been programmed yet. They said it would only take a few minutes and that I could wait in the parking lot and they would bring it right out when it was done. 20 minutes later I went into the waiting room to wait. 45 minutes later my truck was ready. About 3 weeks after I received the truck the air filter warning light came on, I checked the filter and it was very dirty, obviously it was not checked when they dod the oil change, I figured when you buy a 65,000.00 truck that the fluids and filters would be changed and it would have been gone through, I wonder what else will come up??? I am currently sitting in the waiting room waiting on my "free" oil change and it has been 1 1/2 hours with an appointment... Unless you are buying a new vehicle i would stay away from them and even then consider other options.
Potential new car customers beware. Was entertaining the idea of trading in my nearly brand new Durango for a new truck and I was offered about $12,000 less on my trade then what is fair market value for the vehicle. They made it abundantly clear that they only care about money as they were showing their greed. So if you’re going to be trading your car into them make sure you get a second opinion on the value because they will clearly try to rip you off. Pretty sad that they’re willing to let a new customer walk away over being greedy.
Just went to the dealership to buy out my 2018 lease. I called a head to have any paperwork ready, upon arrival had to start from scratch. After being there for about 20 ( felt like I was purchasing a new car ???) min the sales associate asigned to me came back with a 1 page document for me to sign, it included a $399.00 DOCUMENT PREP FEE !!!! To print 1 page !!! Just your tipical SLEAZY car dealer !!!! I will never use them again !!!!
Vehicle illegally inspected twice. Went through multiple front ends the lost locking lug nuts. Service department does poor quality repairs more goes wrong everytime it's there. 4 1.5 month garage visits 2.5 weeks after getting it back transmission fails. Now I have a 36k hunk of junk. Extended warranty was a waste of money. Dealership is a xxxx show. Even the service manager messaged it's been a xxxx show with the truck. But yet now I have a worthless truck and a huge loan
