I hate vehicle shopping. I think we’ve all had experiences of high-pressure sales tactics, haggling back and forth, getting followed around the sales lot by over-zealous salespeople, and the buying process taking hours longer than it should. I needed to buy a truck to pull a new 5th wheel, and I was dreading the experience. Knowing what I know now, though, I should have been looking forward to it. I spent several days online looking at trucks at various dealers in the Valley and just couldn’t believe what an over-priced and limited selection there was out there. Then I remembered Trucks Only. As soon as I went to their website, I knew I was in the right place. There were so many trucks to choose from and the prices were far better than at the car dealerships! I wanted to look in-person, so I went to the Mesa location. I was greeted by James when I got there. I found him to be very friendly and pleasantly low-pressure. He allowed my daughter and I to check out the trucks without being overbearing but still being close enough to answer any questions. I brought my adult daughter to help answer my questions (she’s a car/truck nut) and James never hesitated to let her answer when she had the answers to my questions. Talk about not having an ego! That may sound weird but, as a female going to buy a truck, you really expect to get talked down to, talked over, or just plain dismissed. None of that happened with James or anyone at Trucks Only Mesa. I also noticed that all their trucks were in great condition. James told me that the manager always makes sure that the vehicles they accept as trade-ins are in very good condition. I ended up getting a diesel truck that I am totally in love with and have absolutely no buyer’s remorse about. Especially since everything from the Kelly Blue Book to the Carfax report shows that the truck’s purchase price was spot-on and not at all over-priced. I’m also loving the free lifetime engine warranty and my truck’s twice a year suspension lift inspections. If you are in the market for a high-quality used truck and want respectful, friendly service and great pricing, Trucks Only Mesa is the only place to go. Ask for James. 😉

The whole team did an amazing job at making the whole process as painless as possible. Leon was very professional throughout the whole process. He related very well to me as the customer making me feel relaxed, and not worried. He has gone above, and beyond even days after my purchase. Helping me set up appointments for add ons that I bought. He was also on the spot for me when I needed information for my insurance, and forgot it at home.
