This dealer really makes buying a car easy and quick. We were looking for a very specific used vehicle, and they had one of 3 within 250 miles. I contacted all 3 dealers and Bill Coleman got back to me within minutes of me reaching out. He made getting the initial information we needed quick and easy. We decided to go in the next day to purchase which happened to be his day off. He quickly got us set up with Osama who was equally wonderful. When we were running late, he called to verify if we still planned to arrive soon, because he wanted to ensure he was ready and had time to help us. Upon arrival, we got to witness an angry customer (we all know this guy, the angry old man) and got to see how patient and kind other people were at the dealership when trying to explain to the man why they needed time to install something that he was 2 years late in getting. Despite the old man verbally attacking the employees, both the men stayed calm and tried to remain helpful to him despite his attacks. One of these men grabbed Osama and he was already set for us. He had the car pulled up, freshly washed, and full of gas. We immediately went on a test drive with Osama. During the test drive he was very good at making sure that what we needed and wanted in the car were present. Upon arrival, he ensured that we wanted to proceed with the sale. The process of signing docs and negotiating was very simple and quick. Within moments of finishing agreeing to numbers and signing said docs, Coty Anderson, the finance manager came out to meet us. He was very friendly and upfront with us about time expectations and ensuring our information was correct and ready for the legal documents. Coty made selecting the coverage and banking terms that worked best for us very easy and pleasurable. He wasn't too pushy like some Finance people in the past have been. He was able to clearly explain all the coverages, helped us narrow down what we needed and wanted, and even helped us with getting them into our monthly budget. My husband is a mechanic and having the electronic coverage was paramount to us. Get the coverage people.... from a mechanics wife!!! Signing the docs once we picked the coverages was easy as pie on his tablet and we got copies of all of them in emails almost immediately. Osama met us after the paperwork and offered to go through any features we wanted to learn about... this is unprecedented on a used vehicle and I have bought plenty to know that. We both left the dealership being thoroughly impressed with the ease of doing business and the service we received. My only complaint would be that we did not get copies of our bill of sale or title docs, nor did we get copies of the risk based pricing notice due to a consumer when credit was pulled. It appears this was an oversight and easily rectified the next day with a simple email to Coty. I would 100% do business with this dealership again!
Brandon was awesome to work with! A really great overall experience. They were very easy to work with and everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable with the deal. Brandon was incredibly patient and a top notch sales consultant. I'm very excited about my new car and will definitely work with Brandon and Audi Denver again.
Cruised into the dealership back on Dec 29 and we were fortunate enough to run into Jorge Martinez (sales speciallist) and he was just that. Knowledgable, smart and generally an excellent person. I don't know any other sales people at Denver Audi but if they are all similar to Jorge this store will do great. Thank you Jorge!!!

I very recently purchased a pre-owned Audi A6 from the dealership and couldn't be happier with my new car and with a service I received at the dealership. The salesperson, Tin Dinh, went above and beyond and helping me to get the car I wanted. He treated my husband and I wonderfully and I would shop here again in a heartbeat. The finance manager, Jason Steele, was also great to work with. Next time we are in the market for a car we will be stopping here first. Do not hesitate to do your shopping at this dealership and make sure and ask for Tin!
