I purchased a 2016 Toyota Sequoia from the dealership. From beginning to end, it was a smooth business transaction. I had an 8 hour drive to get to Spokane and my salesperson, Cynthia Novotny, went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable as we finalized the details of the sale. I received a call from Cynthia, the day after the purchase, just to make sure I had gotten home ok and that the car met my expectations. When I met with Tyler Petit, the financial director, he was friendly and courteous as we worked through the financial process. He made recommendations for extended coverage that made sense. I never felt pressured to purchase any of the packages that were offered. Overall, this has been one of the best buying experiences I've had in a very long time.
I am leasing a car, and was sold a rim and tire package because the finance person told me he has the same vehicle and the rims were super expensive and that was the package he recommended. Well, I got the package and accidentally scraped a curb. Fast forward a week, I went in to go get it repaired and was told that my rims were not able to be repaired, or replaced. Because they were special “chrome” wheels that were excluded in the package I was specifically sold because the rims I had were expensive. They told me to complain to insurance so they might fix them. I ended up contacting Lexus corporate (which they were amazing), in order for them to wire the dealership money to replace my rim. I scheduled an appointment to go in and replace the rim and get an oil change around a month or so out. I brought the car in, very early morning for my appointment, and was called at noon that they had done the oil change but apparently the service employee that was handling my replacement didn’t order the rim and was now on vacation for the week, so I have to schedule yet another week out. Dealership has a major communication problem, and has continued to fail me as a customer and waste my time constantly. I would NOT recommend this specific dealership to anyone. However, I love my car, and Lexus as a manufacturer is amazing and makes amazing cars. I highly recommend Lexus as a company, just not this dealership.
Very poor customer service by the Finance man and the manager. They told us they would hold our check until Wednesday in order for us to fund the check. They cashed it Tuesday morning and caused our accoiunts to empty. There seems to be a conspirarcy to kkep you in the dealership as long as possible, and then hope you don"y catch the 1300.00 etra on your bill for paint and leather. Our salesman irwin was excellent the rest of the crew in sales was awful. They showed little regard for customers.
Larry Miller Lexus added Landcar Agency for 10,000.00 without my permission. Shameful for a dealer for Lexus. That’s not the Lexus Way.
Bob McLean (GM), DJ Boehm (Sales Manager) and James Mason (Saleman) made our buying experience very enjoyable. Friendliness and Professionalism is always the name of the game in sales and they went out of their way to make my wife and I feel welcomed and appreciated. James kept us well informed when our car would arrive and it was absolutely beautiful when we took delivery. Yes, I would recommend this sales team to anyone looking for a new car..Thanks again for making our purchase so easy.
