Dishonest, unprofessional, and poor customer service, I purchased the car but later on I found out the car dose not have spare tier.
I sent them an inquiry but never received any sort of response whatsoever. I really don't know if they have good vehicles or not.
Im very pleased with my purchase at the Car House. Said is very friendly, courteous, helpful guy that provides an excellent customer service, the way you expected and is very rare to find nowadays. I definitely recommend this place if you are thinking to purchase a used vehicle. Their inventory is not just what you see at their physical address but the beauties that you can find online…. From very affordable to very luxurious ones.
The worst owner rude disrespectful am a woman and Arabic’s don’t like to do business with women he told me to go and buy the car some where else because I asked to have in a piece of paper the details of all was included in the purchase of a car to show it yo my husband And he told he did not have a piece of paper and asked to leave the place and it was because I know that what ever is in black and white is what it should be maybe he wanted to change the number later god only knows ad I said the worst experience in a car dealer in my life I won’t recommended.
My experience with the car house of Garfield was horrible they had a used vehicle that was 7995 with a dent in the front with some rust and I wanted to put $1500 down got approved for the vehicle and they asked me to give them $4000 down I said no not for a used vehicle that has a dent in front and rusty
I recently purchased a vehicle thru this dealer over the internet. Unfortunately I learned a very expensive lesson. I tried to reach out to the dealer about hopefully resolving my issues with the vehicle I purchased. Nothing was resolved and was given the run around instead. Mr. Ahmed and Adel were basically the 2 salesman I delt with. Dishonest and deceitful about the deal. I have a complete list of all the defects on the vehicle and pics and yet, they said anything under 80 percent wear was inspected, repaired or replaced. All lies. One of the vehicles tires was separated and the others less than 50 percent. The check engine light had been reset only to appear after the delivery of course. Again, very dishonest. I would not recommend this dealer. Good luck people and I hope it don't happen to anyone else.
