Ross Downing GMC service department is so excellent. I called and scheduled my vehicle (2021 Yukon Denali) for oil change and 30,000 mile maintenance on a Wed., hoping to get a Thurs. appointment. I did: 11am Thursday. I brought it in on Wed. evening, and my service rep, Robert, called on Thursday at 10:15 am to say my service was complete and my car was ready to go. He also asked if I needed to be picked up by their driver to get my vehicle, which I didn't, but it was nice of him to ask! Everyone in their service department is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of you!
