Tim SMOOT is a great manager. Let me tell you why, I had several questions in reference to the service of my car, that I was not to happy about. I requested to speak the SERVICE manager, which was Tim. I had alot to say about the issue of my car, that i needed some clarification. He was patience and listened to every concern I had.
