I've purchased vehicles before, but what makes this place so special to me was not only the customer service, but also the speed of getting a vehicle and the people who helped me. When I've purchased cars in the past, I was there for sooo long! Anywhere between 5 to 7 hours. Here, from test driving to driving home in my new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder, it took about 2 hours! My salesman was Aiden Geddis. He was amazing! Not only did he help me choose the right car for me my family's lifestyle, but he also was a really cool guy to talk to. Very down to earth, respectful, but just fun to talk to in general! I can honestly say he was genuine and cared about my situation for needing a car as well. He was so good that I went back a few days later to purchase a used car for my teenage son who's car decided to die the same week mine was totaled out due to someone slamming into it while parked in the snow. I am happy with my car and I HIGHLY recommend Empire Lakewood Nissan to whoever is looking for a good quality car, good people, and fantastic customer service! I personally recommend working with Aiden. I'm sure everyone is great, but aince my personal experience was with him, I've got to give him a shot out. Awesome guy and place! Plus.
