worst dealership i have ever went through. me and my wife bought a used toyota camry from bondy’s. It’s a great car besides there being what looked like to be scratches all over the car from cleaning/buffing the vehicle. before we purchased the vehicle, we asked about it and they said it would be taken care of for free. well i work nights so my wife went in for them to buff it and they completely disrespected her and acted like they didn’t know what she was talking about. a man that works there (my wife didn’t get his name) stated that if we wanted a “new” car we should’ve bought a new one. are you f***ing kidding me? probably the most unprofessional employee i’ve ever heard of. we are not happy at all. Emma (our salesman) did a great job and the painter my wife spoke to understood where she was coming from and stated that there was indeed a crap ton of buffer/cleaning scratches on the vehicle. It was the other staff members that disrespected and treated my wife as she was unintelligent. overall terrible place to buy a car from.
I contacted Bondy’s on 9-15-23 to order a key fob for my son’s 05 Avalon. I was told the total would be $148.63 for the fob and $125 to program it. I asked if there were any additional fees and I was told No. The fob was on back order so I didn’t hear anything for a while but called about 3 months later to check on it. My son went to get it and have it programmed. He was told only the drivers door would work & if he wanted all four doors to open with the fob he would have to pay an additional $120 for a diagnostic test. He’s a college student and didn’t want to spend that kind of money so he declined. When he got home he told me the fob didn’t even work on the driver’s door. The following day I went to Bondy’s and spoke someone there (Mr VT). I explained the situation and asked for a refund. He said, I’m sorry but that’s not how it’s done here. Let me explain why the car needed a diagnostic test. I didn’t care at that point because the fob was useless and I could see that all Bondy’s wanted was MORE money. I then asked to speak with someone in charge and he said smugly, welllll, that would be me. I asked to speak to someone else but there wasn’t anyone available. I then got in my car and contacted my attorney. A few weeks later, a letter was drafted from our attorney and once Bondy’s received it, I got a full refund. So apparently that is the way things are done at Bondy’s Toyota. Mr VT just didn’t know. Over the years we have purchased two vehicles from Bondy’s Toyota and had great experiences there. Unfortunately, this is the reason why car salespeople have bad reputations. Many of them are shady and they attempt to take advantage of young adults (ie my son) who might not know any better or women (because they think we don’t know anything about cars). It’s insulting and I will never purchase another car from there again.
One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had !! Shannon the internet manager was awesome in every way. She was such a pleasure to work with and kept in touch with me during the whole process of getting the Tacoma shipped from the factory to the dealership. She answered all my questions along the way and was very pleasant and easy to work with. Vehicle arrived today and was exactly the way it was listed, no bait and switch at all. Thank you Bondy's for Shannon and your great ethics. I will refer all my friends to you !!!
Very responsive and helpful with customer’s actual needs! I came in wanting something that wasn’t even on the lot yet, but they didn’t try to change my mind. Just helped me get what I actually wanted. So refreshing
We have bought 2 vehicles now from Gary Pollard, "The Fist Pump Guy," at Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise and have been extremely pleased with Gary both times. We never felted rushed and Gary was great to answer any questions we had. We would definitely ask for him again. Chris Kramer helped us with the completion of our paperwork and was also very friendly, patient and professional. We couldn't be happier with our sales experience or with our vehicles!
We caught Devon 15 minutes before Friday night closing, and without hesitation or reservation, he provided the keys to our vehicle of interest, and invited us to take it for a ride. Saturday morning we returned and test drove again, subsequently making the purchase. Negotiating for an acceptable price was straight forward, no back and forth, no stress. Easily the most relaxing car buying experience we have encountered. Devon was very patient, friendly, courteous and professional. Chris Kramer was equally friendly, courteous, and professional. Very efficient with his NCIS, projection style, computer desk top! No complaints.
