I have been with this dealership since 2021. They have always gone out of their way to help me the best possible way and to accommodate me during longer service situations. I just traded in my Vw Tiguan and had the privilege to work with Karen Raevsky and Riley! They helped me find the perfect car the same day I went in. I met with Zach Persons to take a look at the new VW ID 4. I have bought and sold many cars in my life and for the most part I always figure out all of the new options/features for each one on my own. I chose this dealership because it was still “Mom & Pop” and I thought it would be more personal and I was right. Zach explained all of the specs and features of the ID 4. He showed me how specific features worked on the car by actually using those features on the test drive. ie, self parking, lane guidance, etc. He was eager to answer any questions I had and gave me 100% accurate answers to every question I asked, even dumb questions. Thanks again for everything!

Omeara VW is always clean and in order. Showing off all the new VW tech. They have a pretty good inventory of nice vehicles to choose from, Steve Stern and James Huett have always greated us and been polite and professional, working with us to get a payment and amazing!! warranty we can afford. Can't really explain the warranty on this new Taos, you'd have to check it out for yourself to believe it!! Absolutely over the the top!! We usually make an appointment with sales or service , Which helps a lot on a busy Saturday. Sales definitely takes some time so be prepared. I'd much rather spend the time up front than have a rushed sale and unanswered questions on a vehicle I really don't want. So please and thank you... take all the time you need!
