We had an appointment to purchase a Toyota Highlander. After driving 3 hours to get there we walked in the door to find the new owners signing the paperwork. We didn't get a phone call to cancel the appointment or even a heads up that the truck might be sold. Rotten way to do business. The parking lot looking like a shady chop shop should have been our first clue
