They are very courteous and they try to make sure they answer all questions I really like and appreciate the service.
They people are nice but the communication between finance desk or sales managers is very lacking with people you deal with the entire time . My husband and I went back-and-forth for almost a week in the communication was terrible. My husband was there a whole day never drove the car we bought nor was he offered to drive what we were looking at. We came together a few days later was never offered to test drive the car we purchased. Could we have asked to drive it yes,but I think that’s part of the salesman‘s job is to convince you that you like the car enough since you it to purchase once you have driven it. However, our experience was good . If it wasn’t for Colton and me helping keep things straight. It would’ve been a bigger mess..
Ronnie was great and did everything he could to help me get the vehicle I wanted. He also made sure I got what I wanted for trade value as well. He made the whole process very easy and is very attentive to your needs. As a plus he’s very easy to get along with. Highly recommend.
