Joseph Duncan informed me what time my vehicle will be ready and it was ready exactly at that time. It was done in a very timely manner. Joseph Duncan made me feel that he truly care about the service he was providing.

How do you measure this? There was a feeling of stress and strain among the personnel, all of them. Some had forced or artificial smiles and kindness. I had to ask myself "I wonder what it's like to work here?" I don't think it is a people problem, everyone was outwardly fine. It made me wonder what the culture was like there. Idk, maybe it was the full moon?
