Bought a truck here in 2017. Service was horrible. Told myself I would never do business with them again. Fast forward 8 years and my son sees a Ford truck he loves. I bought it for him. Day and a half later the check engine light comes on. Get in touch with sales and service calls me. Tell me they can get it in in three weeks and then will most likely have to send to a Ford service. Could be without truck for 3-6 weeks that I just bought. I said this is unacceptable and they need to make it right. I was told they could help me trade out of it but nothing else if I didn’t want to wait. I was even told to let auto zone put a computer on it. Service is terrible. I’m my experience with Rincon Chevrolet you are on your own once you leave the lot. Buyer Beware

My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again!
