I actually enjoyed buying a new car! From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. We weren't bombarded at the door by a salesperson, but by the cutest bulldog! We were able to peruse and speak to someone when we were ready. Once we started working with Nicholas he was transparent about everything. There was no back and forth, and back and forth. He told us how it was, he explained every part of the process thoroughly so I could understand. He went through each option for me, and how it would affect my monthly payment, my overall payment, etc. He is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to work with you to get you what you need/want. He helped out with getting my insurance transferred over and each step in between to be able to set me up with a brand new Volvo XC90. Once I stepped in my car James went through every single aspect of it and how it worked. He showed me multiple examples of how I would use certain features and went through all of the bells and whistles. As someone that truly hates going shopping for cars Nicholas and Empire Volvo made it a truly enjoyable, STRESS FREE experience!
