What Others Say

Daryn my salesperson sold me a car in ‘23 that I was pleased with and he told me about their referral program and if I referred someone and they bought a car that I would get a referral fee of $100. I referred someone that bought a car from him but he never honored his word on the referral fee. When I reminded him the first 10 times he assured me it was being taken care of. When I contacted him after 3 months later to inquire about the referral fee, I was once again told it was being taken care of. Never heard back and called again and then was told may not be eligible but he would check & call back. Never did call back & never offered an apology. Otherwise, pleased with the car

I recently bought a used RAV4 from this dealership after negotiating with John over two days. He was polite and professional, and we agreed on an out-the-door price before I drove nearly 4 hours to complete the deal. While the sales process was smooth, the delivery experience fell short of expectations. Before even arriving at the dealership, I made it very clear multiple times that I expected the car to be properly washed and waxed before delivery — as the vehicle was for my wife. John acknowledged this and said it would take about an hour, which gave me the impression that the car would receive a full exterior detailing. However, while we waited outside, I saw the car return from “cleaning” in less than 15 minutes. It was evident the car had only been through a basic wash — no wax, no real attention to presentation. Had I known this, I might have reconsidered proceeding with the deal. Additionally, I was handed a completely dead second key fob, even though I had asked in advance and expected both keys to be fully functional. The next day, I noticed the front passenger all-weather mat was missing — it was clearly present in the online listing and during the test drive. It apparently disappeared during the brief cleaning. When I contacted John with a photo, his initial response lacked accountability. Fortunately, he later found the mat and agreed to ship it, but only after I followed up. The finance person was professional and not pushy, which I appreciated. But overall, the lack of transparency on vehicle preparation and post-sale follow-up left me disappointed — especially considering the distance I traveled and the expectations I had from a dealership of this size.

Lies lies lies and more lies by nolan the FI manager not to mention the service department leaving oily handprints all over the interior of the car please stay away I am getting everyone

Thank you Nolan Mitchell for all your hard work and dedication to helping me find my new car!

I bought a used car on March 2024, they make me go back and forth to complete painting job as they promised. I am still waiting for them to contact me. I was wondering if there is anyone will be able to help me to solve the issues.

I am writing to inform the public the Subaru bad quality. They brag on every commercial about the quality of their cars. They might be safe car I am not disputing that. But when you buy a new car, you should not have paint issue. When you take it to the dealership (Gerold Jones) they send it out for a paint inspection submit that to Subaru the car manufacture come back denied the claim to fix the paint. You ask why? Subaru states clear coat cracking and peeling is due to outside influences. Subaru must think you are going to drive their car inside. I have three other cars all of them are American made cars 2008, 2016, 2018 and none of them have this issue. So, this tells me that Subaru uses the lowest grade of materials. This is not the first time they have had this issue (Customer Advocacy Department, Attention: WRH-22 Recall) They have had on going paint issue for years now. Look it up you will see you might think of buy something different. As for the dealership you paid and the sold you the car, they have yet to be any help Gerold Jones has had my 2024 Subaru ascent close to 2 months now what have they done to help their customer nothing! They just keep your car in the parking lot and do nothing when you ask, they tell you the same thing they are waiting for Subaru to get back to them. So, they are not proactive for the customer at all. I don’t think buying a car from this dealership that does not stand behind the customer is not a good idea. So to wrap this up I will never buy a Subaru again, and would really have to think about buy another car from Gerld Jones.
