The finance guy Danny is sneaky he does not disclose charges he's adding onto the deal and lied told us he was putting me as cosigner when he actually put the truck in my name as primary this is not what we talked about I will never buy anything else from this dealership

I bought a used car from them in November last year and it has problems that I have been trying to get fixed since then. I just got it back yesterday, they had it 2 weeks and they still didn't fix the driver side window. Will never buy from them again!!!!! I was sick and my sister picked it up and she told them that she came to pick up my car, they handed her the keys and didn't even ask her name!!!! Anybody could have picked it up, bad, bad!!

Liar's and thieve's! Biggest Con lot on Alcoa Hwy! After our purchase we realized there was several thing's wrong with the vehicle. We were promised a warranty upgrade and Twin City would eat the cost. Preston Freytag straight up lied to us. When we experienced yet another issue with the vehicle, we contacted them to see about getting it fixed and was made aware that our warranty had not been upgraded and now they refuse to make good on there word. Preston Freytag is the head liar and thief over at Twin City and I caution everyone about ever giving this Con lot your business. They don't go through their vehicle's as you would expect, they littetally buy them at auction and throw them on the lot. At best, they might get their oil changed. Stay away from Twin City, unless you enjoy getting ripped off!
