KD and Chloe made the process of trade in and then purchase of a Jeep for our son the most seamless process from beginning to end. The entire process took about an hour. Justin in finance also helped us tremendously on getting our payments exactly in our budget. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We have been doing business with Gray Daniel’s since 2008 and this experience exceeded already high expectations. 🤗
KD went above and beyond to give customer satisfaction. From start to finish KD searched, found, and delivered the car that was wanted (the vehicle was in another state). He even threw in a few goodies too! Top notch guy, top notch service, we drove away completely satisfied.

Very very good , I came in with a strict budget since I was retired on a fixed income, CJ worked within my budget,. CJ showed me several options , no hard sell found just What I needed, signed a few papers and drove off the next day, everyone I made contact with was very helpful and polite! Overall A+!! I’ll be back!!
All during our visit dealing with the sales department we experienced the most courteous and friendly treatment. We were also impressed with the knowledge of the vehicle by the staff. My only problem is with the online messaging and can't get my messages from Toyota. I wish they would text me the recall and other notifications. If this can be done everything will be great. Thanks Toyota Tacoma is a great vehicle and the 3rd Tacoma I've owned. Gray Daniels is in my mind how a business should be run. Customer service and satisfaction.
