I'm very close to the dealership so I can work home I like that but the work is good on my car so I trust there work

They have always been easy to work with and provide timely updates regarding the service or findings as well as when the service is completed.

The dealer rep I worked with was very friendly and competent. However, my biggest complaint is that the waiting area is ludicrously FREEZING - no excuse to have to sit somewhere that cold for possibly hours! I sat in this ice box for 2+ hours because the dealership no longer offered a courtesy ride home and back…

I brought my Toyota Prius in for a simple 65,000 checkup. It turned out the front bearings were leaking grease and so needed to be repacked. It couldn’t be done by the end of the lof the day and I had a critical need for the car the next morning . They gave me a loaner overnight and the master mechanic stayed til 8:00 PM to finish the job so I could have the car back first thing the next morning! I cannot imagine better service.

We purchased our car here and have had all service done here. The service staff is kind, patient and professional. They make sure you understand what needs to be done (or is being done) and are happy to answer your questions.
