I went to Auction Direct because both of my daughters have previously bought a vehicle from them. I had also found a vehicle online that I thought may be the right fit for me. I had been looking for a vehicle for months. Joe got right on it and located the vehicle. After a test drive I decided that it was the vehicle for me. The buying process was very smooth. I am very pleased with the care and time that Joe put in to help me get into a much needed new vehicle. I would highly recommend Joe and Tom.

It is ok to work with and get a good deal. Need to follow up often for they are low on staff.

I had a great experience with the Service Department manager, Mr. Wayne Pickler. He has such a pleasant disposition and greeted me with a smile. I took my car in to have my seat belt checked, and as it turned out, everything was working properly. Wayne took the time to take me back to the service area and he explained and showed me that everything was fine. I had an unrelated question for him, and he took time to thoroughly explain my question. He is definitely an asset to Auction Direct's service department, and I will definitely ask for him next time I have to bring my car back for service! Thanks Wayne!!
