She was very prompt on answering my questions and sending me over the trade appraisal for my current truck. Then I was in communication with Brittany Brown who then sent me over pictures and helped with the process. I was then called by Jeremiah about financing application and asking us which was best for us. Was then passed along to Larry and talked about GAP and purchasing an extended warranty. All this was so relaxed and enjoyable, did I mention that we also live 2 hours away with a sick child. They accommodated us to the fullest and just waiting on delivery of our new vehicle less than 72 hours later. Job well done.
