Tried to work with Ryan on purchasing a new Dodge Durango. The specific one I was looking for was hard to find. I happen to find two of them one day both exactly the same except for one had a striping package on it and the price was cheaper. The dealer with the cheaper price was also an hour further away than this dealer. Ryan actually quit responding to me after I pointed out that the one further away was cheaper. He absolutely did not want to work with me or gain my business.

Love the service department Fair. If anything extra needs to be done they call you before they perform the work. Sales department never call you back so I bought my vehicle from a different place

The Internet is a wonderful place to do your homework in regards to looking at several dealerships for the truck that had the features we wanted, in the price range we needed to be. In the beginning of the process we felt it was necessary to look at the bigger dealerships for the best deal,because of the volume that they deal with. What we found was Homan in Waupun, they gave us small town service and worked with us to achieve our goals, it was a stress free experience, and we couldn't be happier with the wonderful service we were given.
