This is my 30th consecutive year with Island Acura and Bob Gio! They are a class operation and have always treated me with the ultimate respect. Bob knows everything about his business which is why I keep coming back. I have 2 Acuras today. Joe Robinson runs a terrific Service team as well!
Hats off to Bob Gio! I went in with dozens of questions about the Acura. Bob took the time to answer all of them.. Bob's demeanor makes you feel like you are his most important customer. I went in just to "browse" and I came out with a brand new Acura, Picking up my Acura with a big red bow on it made my day!
The deelership is clean and spacious, the waiting area is customer friendly. Free wifi, coffe, water and a big screen TV to sit and watch ones choice of programing. My one gig is not on the deleership but on Acura Corp, there is no way a part should take 3 weeks + to arrive. This is unacceptable
I came in for a recall involving my 24 MDX , in approx 1 hour my car was done and I was on my way.
Good experience. The service was to fix 4 recalls. The service department took care of the issues efficiently.
The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The service is always excellent. It's a pleasure to have my vehicles serviced there.
