I had my car in to for a service Campaign & Recall at Toyota of Brookfield in Brookfield WI recently & had a very amazing experience. A service manager named Bri Braun really listened to my concerns& helped me figure out a know issue on my vehicle with axle boots & helped me get things covered under warranty. She had an amazing customer service focused kind demeanor, which was amazing! I wanted to recognize her as an amazing customer service person above and beyond the great customer service at Toyota of Brookfield!
