Sent truck to service on 2/16 , after 2 days was told it was coming to this service department, called Friday 2/20 , service said they would know something by the afternoon, I waited but no call back for a update . Called and was on hold 30 minutes to talk to someone for a update , was told no one could take my call , I asked for a loaner due to missing work for 4 days , service never called back about the loaner vehicle or update on the car . The guy earlier just said he had no clue what was wrong with it . My 3rd purchase here and I get treated this way is just awful and I don’t know if we will buy from any Kunes again .
No issues with first oil change for 2025 Pacifica we purchased there. We didn’t have to wait long for an appointment or when the service was taking place. Comfortable waiting area.
Do Not Recommend. Dishonest business practices. I regret buying my 2025 Grand Cherokee here. The car was shipped to me with exterior damage, and they lost the spare key. They promised to reimburse me if I bought and programmed a new key myself. I spent $533 doing so, and now they have ghosted me and refuse to return my calls or emails. I should have done more research on the Kunes group’s reputation regarding discrimination and poor management before giving them my business. Save yourself the headache and money shop somewhere else. If this is your only option, do not work with Josh Gaudio and Shane Gilwater.
The service department is wonderful and knowledgeable. Joe is always so kind and helpful. I recommend them highly!
Sales staff was very helpful and accomodating as we have come to expect as a returning customer. Would highly recommend.
