We enjoyed all the people we came in contact with. Everyone was very helpful. we maybe rushed into buying becaused we didn 't hasle with them over trying to talk them down any on the trade!!! We are finding out we a missing some of the options we had on our old car. Guess that happens!!
Always accommodating on service times. Reminds us on tire rotation and other maintenance issues that are needed.
They did everything that I asked and did a great job of being there without pressing or pressuring me.
Service dept is great but not one other person spoke to even acknowledged us as we waited in their "waiting" area, even tho, one person walked by numerous times. Even when I made eye contact with him, did he smile, speak, or even acknowledge I was there.Before when this dealership was James Motor Co., the salesman that sold us 4 different vehicles, Paul Kraus, would have been over to xx on us, ask if we'd prefer a loaner car instead of waiting. Service Dept is still good and gets the job done in a timely fashion. We are to the time, that perhaps we're ready to trade, and totally disappointed we will need to go to another dealership and switch from Buicks to something else. But since no one xx'd to visit, etc. it won't be at Brogden's.
Service was fine but I had the tires rotated and they did not clean the dirt out of the wheels so when I got on the road the car vibrated like crazy! I had to at home take my water sprayer and clean out the wheels to correct it. Next time I will have to ask them to clean the wheels.
Very friendly. Mark did am excellent job showing us the vehicle. Financial manager was great.
