I purchased my other four Hondas from other dealerships. This was my first time purchasing from Jay Honda, and it was the BEST experience I ever had! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Rob was great to work with! He's very knowledgeable, professional, and a super nice guy! He's the best salesperson I ever dealt with. Thanks to all at Jay Honda for making my car purchase so easy!

We had a very pleasant experience interacting with our contact and the staff we came in contact with. All aspects of our purchase were handled nicely, including inception of the lease agreement, and service department to setup an appointment to have accessories installed on our leased vehicle.

Was worried about my tire pressure when I went in for routine maintenance. Asked Ty if they would check the tire pressure during this maintenance. He assured me they would. So today my tire light came on. I pulled over, checked the pressure in the tires. It ranged from 30-34. So I filled them to the door specifications. But the tire light did not go off. It said I had to go to "settings" and recalibrate the TMPI or whatever. So I guess I will wait awhile and let my car cool down and try the pressure again later. This is not the fault of Jay Honda, but why does it have to be this hard? My Ford which is 12 years old and my previous Toyota had the light go off when the problem was corrected. I am a tad disappointed. I guess it will gete asier once I have done this a few times. : /
