He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Brad Centers was our salesman today at Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln in Lincoln, IL We were needing a SUV that fit our needs. Looking in Springfield, IL we did not find anything that we could trust to last, or the sales staff that would be truthful. Our son suggested driving to Lincoln, only 30 minutes away. Brad had the SUV ready for the test drive and provided us with the detailed information on this 2013 Honda Pilot we needed to seal the deal. This dealership is friendly, honest and willing to work with you on a price that is fair. She answered me promptly when I inquired on their website about an auto late in the evening and made sure everything was ready to go and went smoothly when I came in the next morning.
