I`ve been buying from Mike Kelly Chevrolets from 1969 until now that`s along Time .
Friendliness and courtesy of the staff members who both dealt with me and serviced my car.
Fast service.Finished service sooner than expected.Liked the fact they did a full inspection.
Poor communication. Had my care for two weeks before it was finished after being told it would only take 2-3 days. Got my car back and then it was leaking antifreeze, took it back and they charged me $150 to diagnostic it. Refused to fix what they caused now my car is in non working order and will cost alot to fix it. Only 4 years old. I will never go to this dealer again and buy anything or have work done.
