I rushed into the service department as it opened early one morning. My new 2024 Escalade had exceeded the mandatory 5000 service miles. I could not get this service done prior to leaving Peoria, IL for Minnesota for the July 4th holiday. I explained the need to get the service visit done to Service Advisor Karen Kukla. Ms. Kukla agreed to get the work done without an appointment to allow my return trip. I left the vehicle at 7:15AM and received a call before noon that the work was done. I appreciate the service of this employee. The response was "I'll do whatever I can to assist". This positive response was greatly appreciated and the quality of the service exceeded expectations.
I am very pleased with my experience at Key Cadillac. Ryan was very professional and thorough. I am also very happy with the follow-up to make sure everything is going well with my XT4.
I recently visted dealership for oil and tire rotation tech spun lug nuts all over wheels and damaged all 4 wheels and 20 lug nuts! Socket to short! showed service manager says he would get back to me. Never did, several phone calls to him with messages and emails no response! What a way to do business! Poor customer service!
From service to sales to management this dealer is the best! I service all 4 of my GM vehicles here. Jason/Kara in service are always helpful and fast! Anthony in sales and Ryan used car manager are awesome!!! Got me into a car while i wait for my escalade!
