SLOW service and NO COMMUNICATION! I dropped my X3M for a scheduled oil change at 10:30 am. Never heard a word back. Tried calling the service department every half hour until 5:30. No one answered, or returned my call when I left a message. Finally called main number and asked for general manager and was transferred several times until I got the service department, who told me extensive work was being done on my car, including a recall. WHAT?!?! “Oh”, they said, “wrong car. Yours should be done soon” SOON?!?!?! I dropped it off at 10:30 am for a scheduled oil change
I recently got a BMW for my son from BMW of Sudbury, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and truly enjoyable. A special thank you to the sales team and to Chelsie in specific for her professionalism and patience—she answered all our questions and ensured we found the right vehicle that fit our needs perfectly. The finance department manager Sherrad also who made everything easy to understand, walking us through every detail without any pressure. And a big thank you to the manager, whose oversight and support helped everything come together seamlessly. This was more than just getting a car—it was an experience that brought a lot of happiness to our whole family. Thank you again, BMW Sudbury, for going above and beyond.
