Abe Miller and team are the BEST! Abe knows my buying style and that I do my homework, so does not need to "salesman" me as much as other customers. Because of this it makes for an extremely enjoyable buying experience. He is on point tracking down any of my technical questions and great at finding every discount possible for me. We purchased our Mercedes’ at this dealer 2 years ago. Always return for service when needed. Dealer has been great to work with. Service advisor always communicated quickly to our questions and when service would be completed. Highly recommend service and sales staff.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Mercedes service shop.. I brought my car in for a recall and to have them check on some (window) motors in the vehicle that weren’t working properly. The first time I took it in they kept my car for two days before Discovering that they didn’t have the parts needed to do the recall, my service advisor Romer Martinez never called me to let me know this, I had to reach out to him. He also lied to me about another issue regarding a noise the car was making. I scheduled another appointment two weeks out to take care of the recall. They had my car for five days, they worked on it one day. I know this bc I have the Mercedes me app. When I picked up my car all of my seats were scuffed, there was grease all over my interior leather, there was damage done to my side doors, the car was not washed and it had bird po0p on it, not the kind of service you would expect from a Mercedes service shop. Romer Martinez and his service manager Tony Leonardo don’t care about customer service or even taking care of your car. They are too busy putting out fires from other unsatisfied customers to be concerned with any of your issues. Tony Leonardo was supposed to call me to discuss the damage that was done to my car while it was being serviced at Mercedes-Benz of San Luis Obispo, he has still not called me. I asked Rumer to have him call me since he was out the day that I picked up my car. No phone call. I wouldn’t take any vehicle to this so called service shop ever again Unless you want your car to be damaged while at their shop.

They were very professional and extremely quick with the service of our Chevy Work Truck.
