Was able to book online late the night before for a morning appointment. They were quick to diagnose the issue, and recommend fix. Also presented several options for fixes - one strut; both struts; etc. David was responsive when I reached out several times throughout the day, and the work was done ahead of schedule.
I dropped off my car and it was ready early the next morning. Just perfect
First, I was able to book a same day appointment to address my failed safety inspection. Second, as he always does, Oscar let me know the status of my vehicle as it went through the service gauntlet. I will be back for the next oil change in 1,500 miles
