This dealership was very kind and mindful of your time. Being a person that is not very demanding I really did not look to negotiate the price and for that I thought we would at least get a full tank of gas when we left. Otherwise they where beyond helpful through the buying process.

I recently took my 2024 Rogue in thinking the tire sensors had malfunction. That was not the case. Instead of being perturbed with my lack of knowledge the service department was beyond exceptional. Jack Renick was awesome and very patient with me. Showed me where to look for the tire pressure display. Continually asking me questions and answering my questions. I give this service department an "A+". Everyone I have encountered at this dealership have been very pleasant to work with. Introduced themselves to me and answer any questions I might have. Ohhh...and hold open the door when walking in. Chivalry is not the thing in the past there. I would definitely recommend Nissan Lake Country!
