Our service writer was friendly and got us in and out in a timely manner.
The service pro (Kirk) handled the issues with my Chevy Bolt EV like a professional. He told me about the potential problem but assured me that the EV tech would take care of it by the next morning. He arranged a Lyft ride home for me. Contacted me mid-morning with news that a software update took care of the issue and that there was no charge. A big relief! I picked up my car and it was fully charged and issues were resolved.
Len Lyall provided a seamless, exciting and easy car buying experience. Jorge and Naro aided in the car purchasing experience without pushing and maintained honest service. I ended up with my dream car and walked away feeling pleased with the business. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
