Everything was explained to me…the service was completed in a good amount of time. The service representative was excellent in her presentation and rimely answers to my questions.
Don’t like the fact when you get there you are not being held by a receptionist. You have to wait for a member of the service department to come out from wherever they’re at. I also don’t like the fact that it is so hard to make an appointment with a live representative.
