In all honesty the warranty that we paid for has proven to be absolutely worthless we were told by Rob in sales that the only thing that we would need to pay for was tires, wipers and brakes. I believe now that we were lied to. We truly love our car and we hear good things about the Dolan family but the service department is being run by an unethical employee on multiple occasions and have requested to speak to the service manager but this person refuses to speak with me. I believe they know that their actions were unethical, and in the future we will buy another Lexus unfortunately it will not be from the Dolan family. This is very unfortunate hopefully my story will be heard by someone that truly cares about the old fashion idea called customer service.

We got a good new car but when we showed up to pay for it and take possession, I felt like we got mugged. Lots of added services and charges - purportedly option but pushed VERY HARD - were on our invoice. We agreed to most of them but got pushed rather hard on those we chose to reject. Obviously sales staff get a major chunk of cash for every additional addon they sell. But these all should have been shown to us BEFORE we showed up to complete the purchase. All tye staff were nice but I still feel like we we abused.
