What Others Say

This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. For context, I do not live locally but was seriously interested in a vehicle they had listed. From the beginning, the staff were rude, condescending, and extremely difficult to work with. Simple questions were met with short, dismissive responses, and the overall tone felt adversarial instead of helpful. I first spoke with Farhad, then asked to work with a different sales representative, after I asked him three times if we could communicate on a phone, not just through email, and was connected with Mark, who also solely communicated through text. I am new to buying from a dealership and navigating financing, and even basic questions were met with clear frustration and miscommunication. It honestly felt like they did not want to sell me a car. After speaking with the manager, Damon, it completely confirmed my decision not to move forward. He was short, dismissive, and condescending, and made no effort to acknowledge or improve the experience. Shouldn’t buying a car should feel professional and easy, not uncomfortable or combative? Maybe that is a pipe dream. I would encourage anyone considering Lexus of Seattle to not give them your business. Unbelievably disappointing experience.

We bought a pre-owned car here on December 21, 2025 and have not received license plates. It is January 8,2026. This is inexcusable. When we complained they sent us an application to get a vehicle title and license plates!! We shouldn't have to do that!! This is insulting and I cannot recommend this dealership after an experience like this.

Worst car buying experiencing of my life. I would rate them lower if I could. My wife and I put a $1k deposit down on a new GX. They called to inform us that the truck was on site. We confirmed with Chris that we would drive 1.5 hours to purchase. When we arrived he reviewed all the options, let us sit in the vehicle and offered us a test drive. We were anxious to make the purchase since we had to rearrange our day to make the trip. After over an hour we were told that the car was purchased by another couple that got there before we did. We had no idea that we were second in line and waiting for this outcome. A total waste of our time. They were unapologetic and offered nothing for the inconvenience. We will make our new Lexus purchases from a different dealership.

Having had 2 separate experiences with this place I have decided that I will never return. My mother was on the hunt for a hybrid vehicle, and wanted to purchase an NX-300h, in cash. She chose this vehicle, NOT for the badge on the car, but the safety ratings and mpg’s. Money and cost was not the issue for my mother. When she visited this location and they ignored her because she didn’t drive up in an existing “luxury” brand vehicle, possibly her race, and probably because she doesn’t choose to wear name brand clothing. She would rather spend her earnings on experience, safety and quality. They missed out on the sale, because all I had to do was call Lexus of Bellevue and they had 4 models waiting for her to test drive that very same day. My second experience came when Covid hit and the price of gas started rising again. I knew it was time to trade in a fast car for something that got better mpg’s. I looked into Toyota, however the wait on a special order was looking at 16-30 weeks, possibly longer. So I swallowed my pride and thought I might give Lexus of Seattle a second try. I THOUGHT I was in luck when Mike, who sold me my Acura was working at Lexus. He ordered my NX-350h and we waited. To my delight, he located something similar earlier than expected and I was thrilled. So much so, I gave many of my own customer’s and friends Mike’s name and number so they could test drive the vehicle I was loving. About 6 months after I purchased mine, one of my customers bought the same exact vehicles from my referral. I was told I would get referral money because of her purchase and I was thrilled. But every single time I came in to get my oil changed or my tires rotated, I would ask Mike where my referral money was, and every single time he kept putting me off for “next time”. Finally in January of this year, I found Mike and asked him if he could just please offer me a Lexus gift card in exchange for the money so I could use it to get my next milestone service partially taken care of. He said yes and he would make it happen. But he again, never made it happen. Out of frustration I made one last attempt to collect, but instead got a phone call and voice mail where he asked me to “just forget about it”. Are you serious? After the handful of people I’ve sent to him and xx’ed us calling us his “family”. Is that how you treat family. I don’t. If anything I go above and beyond for the people who send me referrals because that’s what keeps my business thriving. I let Mike know that I was gravely disappointed in his apathetic response and let him know I would never again refer my clients or customers to him, or Lexus of Seattle. I made it a point to reach out to the managers of the dealership and all they could say was “we value you” and “we would like to have a discussion about your experience.” . No they don’t. These guys are the epitome of “car salesmen” who will lie to you in order to get your money. They don’t care about you, your referrals, or how their actions make you feel. And while they are considered a luxury brand, this not luxury customer service. Do not waste your time here! Save your time, if you want Lexus, make the drive to Bellevue; Which is what I should have done but will absolutely do when we purchase the electric car in the coming months. The ONLY quality person working here is Molly Lamb in the service department and I will truly miss working with her. However, prior to working with her, they had assigned me to some guy named Travis who had the same ego and desire to help as Mike and the manager Damon. I have zero desire to waste anymore time listening to the same empty promises and zero follow through.

Out of all the Lexus Dealerships that I have purchased and utilized service from across the country, Lexus of Seattle is one of the top. Great sales associates and top notch service consultants. Thank you Kevin Hansen for facilitating a wonderful purchase experience this week

Always helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. Service Center does excellent work and their service staff is outstanding.
