I appreciated the video sent by technician showing his review of my vehicle. It also alerted me to the status of my vehicle’s work being performed and allowed me to gauge the time remaining before completion.
They took care of my wife's jeep. Good work & Im not sleeping in the garage. Lol
Service advisor friendly and attentive. Not sure why you would need an appointment for an oil change if they couldn’t get the vehicle in an hour after the scheduled appointment time. Also, the tech that changed the oil, left oil all over the rack and pinion/sub frame and the oil leaked all over my garage floor.
