I brought my Ridgeline in for Transmission and cooling system service. I also asked that the Maps in the GPS be updated. I got a phone call shortly after drop off saying it would cost more because I had the 9 speed transmission. OK. When the service was done I got no record of the work that was completed because their computers were down. I was told that it would be emailed to me. IT WAS NOT. The map update was not done, but if I came back on Tuesday it could be done while I wait. I came in today(Tuesday) at 8 AM. I was told it would take a half hour. After I waited for an hour It wasn't even started. I took my key and left. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and have been pleased up until now. Loyalty is a 2 way street and you guys are failing.

I recently gave this dealership a negative review due to the service department. However, I met with GM Josh and we worked on my concerns. He went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied. I appreciate the effort and Zach for going over and beyond for me. This all started over the original dealership (Leskovar) where I purchased my car. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe the experience I've had at McCurley "Integrity" Honda. Purchased a used cr-v 2 years ago and have spent more money on repairs (8k) then paying off the vehicle. Catastrophic engine failure with no explanation other then needing more money to fix additional issues afterwards. Refusal to reimburse tows after subpar mechanical repair causing additional financial loss. Stay away from this dealership if you value your time, money and a quality product. The service team hasn't been recognized for quality service from Honda corporate since 2018 and the new manager Dan, has done little to treat us like the "family" they claim to help with a culture of no call backs and the customer having to advocate for any positive resolution.
This dealership wants your money and thats it. I bought a 2021 Honda Odyssey. They sold it certified pre owned. When i got it home i saw on the roof of the van extensive damage. I called them and they said bring it back. I took it back and they did not want to fix it. They said it would cost too much money. I payed $48,500 for this van and they didn’t want to help me out. Less than 24 hrs. They then said they would order me a new van and trade back the old one. Long story i lost $4,000 for 3 weeks while i waited for the new van. They gave me $46,000 trade in value…and they uped the price on the new van by $2,000. They knew the van had damage and saw that i was in need of a vehicle since over a year. They took advantage of me and my situation. I have four young children and needed a new van. STAY AWAY….These guys are crooks with ties. They will take advantage of you especially since vehicles are scarce. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!….STAY AWAY. If you buy something from them forget about getting any help. Once the check clears they will no longer help you.
