I’ve been using Ira / Prime since before they moved to their current location. They’ve done all the maintenance on my 2017 Outback. I have never experienced even one problem with their service and have never been pressured to up purchase anything. I will admit that I know nothing about their sales department.
Service was completed in a efficient manner. Josh was helpful and kept me well informed.
