After my experience with the employs that work at the martinsburg location on a used vehicle as I work hard told them I would do what ever it takes to get the vehicle I was on the way to get the vehicle I went to them the night before and talk to them filled awl my paperwork out for the truck had to call them multiple times to get information about the loan not once did they call me back I was not approved bye myself I told them I had someone coming with me to help me and they new that I was coming when I pulled an to the dealership they didn’t Evan give me a chance to make it work they sold it then come out an said sorry first come first get it like what kind of a place is this
Everyone was friendly,no pressure to buy,very helpful with financing. We got a Tahoe .
Purchased a new Chevrolet Trailblazer. Wyatt helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for which he brought from a nearby dealership. Ryan helped me too with an issue I had with the vehicle when it was delivered. They were both super friendly, and they take their time with you, answer your questions, and don't rush you. Moreover, I received a very fair price for my trade-in. I HIGHLY recommend these folks if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
I have called for 3 days and left two messages for service and no one is yet to get back to me or answer the phone when I call
Arrived on time for a scheduled service appoinment for a Chevrolet Suburban-specifically for a light bulb replacement-identifying exactly what bulb was out.. One hour and fifteen minutes later I was informed that CMA Martinsburg technicians could not find the light that was out. I then personally went into the service bay and had to show the technicians the light that was out. I decided not to have the work performed by CMA martinsburg because if they were so incompetent as to not to be able to find a light that was out I was affraid of the quality of work that might go into replacing the bulb. I have heard of other area residents complaining about the poor quality of their service and I know now just how true it is. I will certainly advise others, as well as my organization members to avoid this dealership as well.
service after the sale sucks no help what so ever!!! no one would help with a tag issue that they where paid to handle.
