Brad was great and communicated with me very well. We are dealing with a warranty issue and he let me know it would take more than the day to complete and sent me home with a loaner so I didn’t have to sit around or wait for someone to pick me up. I have recommended Davis GMC to others already!

We found a car that we wanted and it was over a 2 hour drive away. That involved several phone calls and text to set up. That part went as well as possible and our salesman (Hector) was easy to reach and returned call/text when we had questions/requests. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was nice and welcoming. We left the dealership and now two weeks later we are satisfied with the experience and the car. Service department does very well. I think they are overwhelmed with all of the premature failures on GM products.

Quick efficient service that required more in-depth research for the problem to be solved. The added research was completed very quickly and we were extremely pleased . Everyone there was extremely polite and helpful and made us feel welcomed . We will continue to return there for our auto services.
